• Basic technical data: information your browser sends automatically (such as device type) and essential cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To review your application and match you with suitable carriers.
• To contact you by phone, text, email or Telegram about opportunities and your application.
• To respond to questions and business inquiries.
• To keep our service secure and prevent fraud or duplicate applications.

Who we share it with

• Carriers and employers — only when you're being considered for a position.
• Service providers that help us run Welrev, including secure cloud hosting and Telegram, which our team uses to receive new applications and messages.
• Authorities when required by law.

We never sell your personal information.

Your documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Only authorized Welrev team members can view them.

How long we keep it

We keep application information while it's useful for placing you and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Ask to see, correct, or delete your information.
• Opt out of messages by telling us or replying STOP to a text.
• Depending on your state (for example California), you may have additional rights. We will honor them.
